Is Logic Advance a dot com company or is there a physical location?
Most of Logic Advance’s work is done online, however, the corporate office is located in Hammond Indiana.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and checks
Checks are accepted only for memberships of 6 months or longer

We help people solve technology problems by helping them find the best resources.
We also help people make technology purchase decisions by quickly providing information from many different resources.

What is your pricing structure for Client Members?

Do you fix computers or set up networks?
No, but we can connect you with a consultant that can help you.

Can you help with Microsoft office or other software?
No, but we can connect you with a consultant that can help you.

How do I change my membership?
Send an e-mail using the contact form with your request.

What day of the month can I expect the monthly charge from Logic Advance?
Billing takes place on the monthly anniversary of your sign up day. If you happen to sign up on the 31st then you will be billed at the end of each month, including leap years.

Do you have special services for nonprofit organizations?

How do you qualify your consultants?
The Consultant Members within the Logic Advance network are screened by checking references and verifying that they are an existing company. Consultant Members will be further qualified by a client rating system in the future.

How do you connect clients to consultants?
Client Members will choose consultants based on their responses to the question asked or based on a direct request. LogicAdvance will then give access to consultant contact information. Client contact information is always confidential.

What happens if I am unhappy with consultant services?
Clients must contact the consultant or the consulting company. Logic Advance connects clients with consultants; unfortunately we can not guarantee their work or work ethics. Please contact us if you have any problems and we will note the account.

What happens if I am unhappy with Logic Advance services?
We apologize for any inconvenience that you have experienced. Please contact us and explain your situation. We are happy to hear any feedback you wish to contribute. We will promptly respond to your email.

How long does it take to connect a client to a consultant?
Consultant information will be provided immediately upon Client Member request.

Is there a fee for connecting a Client to Consultant?
No, that is covered in the membership fee

If I continue my service with a connected consultant do I have to keep my Logic Advance membership?
No, but a Continued membership with Logic Advance will allow you to connect with different consultants based on your specific needs.

Is there a database to look up consultants once I am a member?
No, Logic Advance will provide consultant information based on your specific needs.

What physical areas does Logic Advance service?
Logic Advance does not have any geographical constraints, but is initially concentrating in the Chicago land area.

What defines a “small organization?”
A small organization is defined as 500 or fewer employees. However, we are expecting to provide services to organizations that have as few as 1 employee.

How do I provide feedback for consultants?
We will have a rating system in the future, however you can contact us at any time with consultant feedback.

What happens when I “Ask a Question?”
Your question is analyzed for content, compared with the knowledge base where immediate answers are supplied, and sent to consultants for more personalized answers.

Can you help my company use technology to save money?
